Wife to Noel Glass, stepmother to Casey. She and Noel are very much into entering Noel's daughter into various beauty pageants -- much more into it than poor little Casey. She's overbearing and rude, and rejoices when another little girl (Casey's competition) falters during the pageant. Apparently she has no hair. When Casey does ultimately win the Miss Elegance Pageant, Nancy takes the credit.

Husband to Nancy Glass, father to Casey. He and Nancy are very much into entering his daughter Casey into various beauty pageants -- much more into it than poor little Casey. Although Casey seems like a sweet little kid, Noel and Nancy are clearly not good role models for this behavior. He congratulates Nancy when Casey ultimately wins, and remembers to pick up Casey only as an afterthought.

She has won awards in the past, and ultimately wins the Miss Elegance Pageant (partially due to her nice rendition of "Castle on a Cloud" from Les Miserables). Her dad and stepmom are obviously more into pageantry than she is.
